Please complete the membership application form in full. You must state clearly the names of the proposer and seconder and they must sign in the box marked Signature forms which are received without this information will be returned. Please include your CV.

All applications for membership must be received no later than Monday 7th April 2008.

Please attach your CV with the application form and do not send any form of payment with your application form. You will be notified of your election following the 2008 AGM which is to be held in April at the (BIC) in Bournemouth and you will receive a letter following the AGM informing you of your election. The treasurer of BASK will contact you direct with details regarding your subscription payments.
